[In 1972, two brothers and a brother-in-law came to Montreal and founded a family business Les viandes Col-Fax inc., specialized in the wholesale of meat. Later in 1987, as they added frozen vegetables and seafood to their inventory, they became Les enterprises Col-Fax inc.]

[As of 1997, the family business opened its doors in Laval and added the grocery division called Grand Marché . It’s a true family enterprise in which everyone works extremely hard in order to contribute to the development and evolution of the business.]
