In 1972, two brothers and a brother-in-law came to Montreal and founded a family business Les viandes Col-Fax inc., specialized in the wholesale of meat. In 1987, as they added fresh and frozen fruits and vegetables, seafood and dry goods to their inventory they created a division called Les Enterprises Col-Fax inc.

In 1997 the family business opened its doors in Laval and added the grocery division called Grand Marché . It’s a true family enterprise in which everyone works extremely hard in order to contribute to the development and evolution of the business.
